Once approved, you’ll receive your Welcome Kit, marketing materials, and your first shipment.

Display Mood Magazine NYC, promote your unique subscription link, and invite your community to experience WHRL Mood Radio Harlem.
Monthly Reporting
At the end of each month, submit a quick inventory report so we can tailor your next shipment to your community’s demand.

Is there a cost to become a Community Partner?
We’ll review the best distribution model for your organization during the onboarding process.
How often will I receive magazines?
Community Partners receive monthly shipments based on their inventory needs.
Do I have to return unsold magazines?
No. Simply submit your monthly inventory report and responsibly recycle or discard any remaining copies after the distribution period.
How do digital commissions work?
You’ll receive a unique referral link and QR code. Every qualifying subscription through your link is credited to your account.
Can I promote my own events?
Yes. Community Partners may submit events for consideration on our community calendar and WHRL Mood Radio Harlem.
